Hi,
try something like this:
sip:asterisk-100 at openser -> save in AVP X the extension from RURI (100)
-> apply alias or static rules to convert "asterisk-100" to "asterisk"
-> do lookup() to get asterisk's contact -> do an avp_pushto() to push
AVP X into username part -> sip:100 at asterisk_ip -> do reply
