HA: [Users] Please advise a software for multipoint audio-video conferences

Hi,

EyeBeam is good UA to organize point to point video conference.
But for multi point video conference it it is not enough. 
The intermediate server is necessary. All UA's will connect to this
server not to each other.
This software should mix video is similar to function PiP in TVs. 
Also it encodes and sends video for UAs - in a format and with rates
which UAs support.

I think eyebeam supports video conference...take a look on it.
