[Users] MiniSIP on Windows XP

[Script Head]

I couldn't get the app to work. I installed it with required libraries and
when I ran it, I received a bunch of errors:

libmutil: setupDefaultSignalHandling: No stack trace signal handler avaiable
libgalde-WARNING **: couldn not find glate file
'/miniso/share/minisip/minisip.glade'

Not exactly what I'd call "works out of the box".
