[Users] how i start AVPops module implementation

Hi,

in your cfg script, in the module loading section you have to add a line 
for avpops and then fine tune its parameters. You can also find the 
avpops tutorial at http://www.voice-system.ro/docs/avpops/ and the 
readme file at http://openser.org/docs/modules/devel/avpops.html.
