If you want to take if from cvs:
cvs -d:pserver:anonymous at cvs.ser.berlios.de:/cvsroot/ser login
(enter for password)
cvs -z3 -d:pserver:anonymous at cvs.ser.berlios.de:/cvsroot/ser rtpproxy

On some distributions, you can find it as package, check the repository.
