[Users] bad avp flags error

Dear all,

trying to upgrade the 1.0.1 configuration to cvs head to test the path 
module.  I keep getting this error no matter what I do.

avp_db_load("$from","s:areacode/areacodes")



 0(0) ERROR:avops:parse_avp_db:: error - bad avp flags
 0(0) ERROR:avpops:fixup_db_avp: parse failed
 0(0) ERROR: fix_actions: fixing failed (code=-1) at cfg line 251
 0(0) ERROR: fix_expr : fix_actions error
ERROR: error -1 while trying to fix configuration
