[Users] Allow only perticular country

Hi all


Just working around with openser

just looking config, and had one requirement

I have users 3

i want 1 and 2 can access calls where ever they can
but 3 need to call only USA, and he should not get access to rest of the
place

can some one give me idea, how can i achive this
or any sample config
