Hi,

that's a little bit complicated. First you need to do port forwarding 
through the NAT for the proxy to receive outbound messages.

Second, you have to configure the proxy to use the public IP address and 
not the private one. See the advertise_address core parameter (used to 
build VIA). For record routing, use the record_route_preset() function.
