[Users] openser+freeradius

I checked that /var/run/radius.seq exists.
I installed these:
libradius-ng-dev_0.5.1_i386.deb <http://openser.org/pub/openser/latest/packages/deb-sarge/libradius-ng-dev_0.5.1_i386.deb>
libradius-ng_0.5.1_i386.deb <http://openser.org/pub/openser/latest/packages/deb-sarge/libradius-ng_0.5.1_i386.deb>
openser-radius-modules_1.0.0.0_i386.deb <http://openser.org/pub/openser/latest/packages/deb-sarge/openser-radius-modules_1.0.0.0_i386.deb>
radiusclient-ng_0.5.1_i386.deb <http://openser.org/pub/openser/latest/packages/deb-sarge/radiusclient-ng_0.5.1_i386.deb>
