[Users] force_rtp_proxy() and m=video

HI Adam,


The reason for this is 2 reasons.. 

the nathelper module does not understand the port/1 parameter (wich says
"use 2 ports, port 5010 and 5011) and it does also not understand the
RTP/SAVPF.

If you fix these 2 things, this should work :-) (Is this a Ojo?)
