[Users] Correct exec_dset usage

Hi, i need to use exec_dset command in my cfg script: i need it lunch an
external command, like a java program. 

The problem is that when it runs i have an error in my log: 

Apr 28 01:04:08 localhost /usr/sbin/openser[1533]: ERROR:exec_str: no
uri from java /home/davide/sqlDB/src/sqldb/Main
sip:davide at 138.132.167.89 

What does it means?
