Taymour,

as written in SEMS readme, you need to enable fifo_db_url on OpenSER2 in 
order to allow SEMS to fetch the email address. See 
http://openser.org/docs/db_fifo.html. Note that you also need to load a 
DB driver (mysql, postgres, dbtext).
