[Users] TLS testing

Hi Klaus,
the there two ideas behind:
1) to make the testing simpler: as a peer, you will connect to only one
server, but you will gain connectivity with many other peers; so no need
of complex configurations.
2) to concentrate as much traffic as possible in a single point. As Cesc
said, they did conformity tests, but not so many stress-tests. If you
set a central point, we will stress both as number of connections and as
traffic load.
