FW: [Users] t_relay does not follow RFC3263 "Locating SIP Servers"

Hi Franz,

t_relay() tries to guess the protocol from the URI (like transport 
parameter) - default is UDP.  t_relay_to_udp() will force UDP all the time.
Note that SRV lookup will be  used only if no port is specified 
(according to draft-ietf-sip-srv )
