[Users] Problems with ACC

Hi,

by using db_flag you tr to use the DB support for ACC, support which is 
not compiled by default. Read 
http://www.openser.org/docs/modules/0.9.x/acc.html#AEN40 to see how to 
compile de DB (SQL) support.
