Please take the module from the experimental repository of SER CVS:
http://cvs.berlios.de/cgi-bin/viewcvs.cgi/ser/experimental/oracle/?only_with_tag=rel_0_9_0

Place it in directory "sip-server/modules/", compile and test it as much 
as you need/can. Once the new release is out, we can introduce it in the 
openser cvs.
