[Users] rtpproxy.sock does not responding

Hi Zdenek,

check first if  "/var/run/rtpproxy.sock" realy belongs to RTPProxy - 
stop it, delete the file and restart the RTPProxy - see if the file is 
recreated.
Also be sure the "openser" user has read/write permissions on the file.
