Harry,

It is important to note that many of the people you see on this list
have been here for months, if not years working out issues with their
SER platform.

Though you may not like the response, it is the same for everyone...
READ everything you can find, in every doc you can find, then read
everything you can find by googling site:mail.iptel.org on the
subject. Then if you still have a question, post it in a concise
respectful way. And remember... nobody is here to serve you. You can
always secure a consultant if you need help right away. Also, you will
find that you will not often get help on issues that have solutions
posted in the archives, so I'd suggest googling the archives first.

site:mail.iptel.org is your friend.

I believe most people here enjoy helping out when they can, however
negativity is sure way guarantee nobody helps you.
