[Users] Correct passwords for users: openser, openserro and root dor the openser database under MySQL

- for 'openser' the password is 'openserrw'
- for 'openserro' the password is 'openserrro'

These values are now mentioned in INSTALL file from CVS head.

The password for 'root' is the one you set in mysql for this user (by 
default is none, just press enter when required if you didn't change it).

The 'root' user is not the same with user 'admin'.
