HI Douglas,

first, you ask a question about openser, makes no sense to sent your 
email to others project's mailing list..

openser 1.1 is the current cvs head - the development version. You can 
get it directly from cvs or by snapshots:
    
http://www.openser.org/downloads/snapshots/openser-devel/openser-devel-cvs-latest.tgz
