[Users] $hdr[From] vs $hrd(From)

Hi,

avp_write() is an older function and uses an older format, while
avp_printf() uses the format of pseudo-variable's name (introduced in
OpenSer version 0.10.0 - the development version). But I think it would
be better to align them to the same format to avoid confusions.
