[Users] openser core cookbook

Hello,

the OpenSER Core Cookbook dokuwiki got a very good shape in meanwhile 
and looks as an useful reference documentation for OpenSER core. The 
percentage of the items with text around is quite high now, just several 
functions and parameters are still empty, fewer and fewer day by day...
