[SR-Users] About the WITH_VOICEMAIL Subscriber message 407 issue

If you are using default kamailio configuration, then Kamailio tries to do
authentication itself, rather then forwarding it to FreeSWITCH. So, you
must adopt the kamailio configuration accordingly.
