[SR-Users] RPM SPEC file differs between repo and build server

Hi Sergey,

I see now. I was mistaken about an old SPEC file being used. It was just
that my distro doesn't come with libpython3.6 at all. We'll start building
our own RPMs to avoid running into this. Thanks so much for your help!
