[SR-Users] Centos kamailio.repo file is not updated

Hello,

maybe Sergey can take a look at it, he used to take care of rpm repos.

Or, if there is a command that should be run, I can try to do it -- as a
Debian user, I am not familiar with the rpm-based distros.
