[SR-Users] Releasing Kamailio v5.6.0

Hello,

if the final tests go fine, the v5.6.0 will be released today, therefore
any commits to be pushed to branch 5.6 should be announced to sr-dev
mailing list and wait for the ack before pushing to github repository in
order to avoid conflicts with release building process.
