[SR-Users] TOPOH is generating new Call-ID for BYE

Hi Daniel,

Thanks for the suggestion. I was able to fix it by enabling  `append_fromtag`
- it's disabled in the example config, although it is on by default.

modparam("rr", "append_fromtag", 1)
