[SR-Users] Enable switch redirect to other SIP server source

Hello,

uac_redirect is useful if you want to catch 3xx responses from upstream
in kamailio and perform redirect from kamailio to the new destination.
If you want kamailio to generate redirect 3xx responses, then just send
the 3xx response with desired contact header.
