[SR-Users] Change reply code reason other than using change_reply_status

Depending on what you’re trying to accomplish, you could intercept the negative reply (if a negative reply is what you’re trying to change) in a failure_route and use send_reply() to send back an entirely different reply to the caller, functionally altering the status/reason.
