[SR-Users] LCR issues (request_uri)

Hello Juha,

I guess I fixed this.

I tried to be more specific in regexp for request_uri by adding ^sip:, for
example :

^sip:(0|(|00|\+)33)[67] instead of just (0|(|00|\+)33)[67]

when dialing a fake number like 0600000001 next_gw() doesn't work where
it's ok with adding ^sip:
