[SR-Users] via header not removed wit hremove_hf()

its a bit of a hack, but the bottom line is the Via has a private IP 
address in it which the carrier we are using  does not like and is 
rejection the call. so i want to remove it to prove a point.

its getting relayed from a kamailio that has topology hiding  to a 
carrier by this intermediate box and this intermediate bos has some 
manual TH. Its not my design and i'm just trying to fix it.
