[SR-Users] upgrade kamailio 4.4.x-to-5.0.0 - PostgreSQL migrations

Thank you all.
I have almost finished testing the update with all the Database migrations.
As soon as it's done, I'll share the various migrations I've done here (if
there's not a more suitable place in the wiki).
