Hi PJ -  You need to account for the AWS 1-to-1 NAT

kamailio.cfg:

listen=udp:PRIVATE_IP:5060 advertise PUBLIC_IP:5060


Making sure to open UDP 5060 inbound and outbound in Security Groups.
