Olle,

Yes, but if the request is sent down the path of the existing socket and 
it remains open, the whole issue of port representation in the Via 
header is moot. I presume the Noah's inquiry was motivated by the fact 
that this is not happening, or that the UAS receiving the OPTIONS 
request is not properly associating that TCP socket to the transaction.
