[SR-Users] Calls from Kamailio to Teams

Cfg looks fine to me. I'm no clairvoyant to see why the 400 Bad request,
can be anything.

The question "How do I call Teams" in this topic has been answered, leaving
the troubleshooting pleasure to you.
