Hello,

I don’t think that $ct is a read/write variable.

A contact change can be done with remove_hf/append_hf in an event route before sending the message out, for example. The main topic in this case is that the poster also uses topology hiding, and then the automatic restore of the Contact will not work anymore if it is changed also in the script.

My suggestion would be to speak with the carrier to see why they reject it the call with two record-route/VIAs. The VIA with 127.0.0.1 looks also a bit odd, maybe it is not added with another setup/configuration. But this is just guessing right now.
