Is it possible to use the following logic :

Route()
    ds_select_dst (1,2)
failure_route(1)
    ds_next_dst(first_dispatcher_ secondgateway)
failure_route(newdispatcher_group)
    ds_select_dst (2,2)
failure_route(secondispatcher_secondgateway)
    ds_next_dst()
