[SR-Users] Releasing Kamailio v5.4.3

Hello,

short notice to remind that Kamailio v5.4.3 is going to be released
today, therefore any commits to branch 5.4 should be pushed only after
informing on sr-dev mailing list or matrix/irc channel and getting the
ack, in order to not interfere with release building process.
