[SR-Users] Preprocessor ERROR! on upgrading to 5.4.0

Hello,

check your lines with #!ifdef ... or #!ifndef ... and be sure all of
them have a corresponding #!endif

In the old versions there was an warning printed, with the new version,
it was turned into error at startup because the config may end up
behaving different than expected.
