[SR-Users] KEMI dialplan dp_replace returns not implemented yet

Hi Daniel,

Sorry for the late reply. The fix is working.
Tested with Kamailio 5.3.0~pre1+0~20190926005451.1497+stretch from
latest master nightly Debian repo.
