[SR-Users] Releasing Kamailio v5.3.0

Hello,

if there are no known major issues that need longer time to take care of
them, in my opinion we could consider releasing the next major version
5.3.0 next week, for me Thursday, October 10 seems to work the best,
still allowing a bit more than one week for testing.

Any other suggestions?
