Hi,

You should try to understand the kamailio.cfg with the help of the xlog
module you can send informations where you are in the config at which
point. The debug option in the default config helps also to understand more
what's going on.
The wiki and the module documents helps a lot.

The howtos for (most Asterisk) dispatcher setups would work also with
freeswitch.
