[SR-Users] listen (bind) to variable ip and port

You can execute your sql command and pass the result to kamailio in the
start command, I.e.:

Kamailio -f kamailio.cfg -A “BINDADDRESS=192.168.1.1:5060”

And in the cfg:

listen=BINDADDRESS
