[SR-Users] How fair is the rtpengine loadbalancing?

Hello,

I haven't looked at the code for rtpengine, but iirc correctly, the
rpproxy was also doing sort of hashing over call-id to select the
node... I would be also curious to see how the balancing algorithm is
designed in this case, whether is intended to be strict, or best effort.
