[SR-Users] Kamailio books

Hello,

there is indeed a plan to update the book for 5.2 and add a few more
chapter, just that the time didn't allow it so far. Hopefully it will
happen soon.

On the other hand, as you noticed, the content of the existing version
should be valid for 5.x series. If you find something that is not
actual, contact me and I will sort it out for you -- it will help so
identify faster what needs to be changed as well.
