[SR-Users] Kamailio next_state_dlg(): bogus event

Hello,

The prack is for the initial INVITE establishing the call. No re-INVITE
messages are generated in the dialog.

is the PRACK following a re-INVITE or is for the initial INVITE
establishing the call?
