[SR-Users] Statistics for locally generated replies

Hello,
sl is dealing only with locally generated (stateless) replies, it is not
handled replies received (by that also not forwarding), therefore all the
sl stats are about local replies.
On the question, I am not aware of such rpc command, but probably won't be
any complex C coding to add it, if one wants to make a pull request.
