[SR-Users] Info: ClueCon Weekly - Kamailio Project Updates

Maybe I was mistaken, I understood we will be able to eliminate dispatcher
database/text file backend and feed updates directly into process memory
(via kamctl or something). This sounds attractive as we integrate
dispatcher with Hashicorp Consul service discovery. The question is if we
are just sending update events when a destination comes up or goes down
(which we do today), where does the initial seed come from? Kamailio will
start up with no destinations. Perhaps a dispatcher on-startup API call
param would be possible?
