[SR-Users] Getting which timer has expired

Hello,

once the 200ok is processed by tm module, the transaction is completed
and it takes about 5 seconds (see wait timer in tm readme) to delete it
from memory. With handling the 200ok, the retransmission timer intervals
are no longer relevant.
