[SR-Users] Multiple definitions with OR or AND in "ifdef" in kamailio script

Hello,

at this moment this kind of expressions are not implemented, you have to
chain #!ifdef/#!ifndef conditions to get the equivalent behaviour.

Anyhow, it could be an idea to add in the future.
